Rolf Peter is a specialist in Business Law, Corporate Law, and Tax Optimization, holding an LL.M. in Public, Private, and European Law. He began his career in tax and financial law before gaining experience across various organizations and ultimately establishing his own legal consultancy practice.
Rolf studied Corporate Law at Leiden University and the University of California in the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Dutch Lawyers Association (Nederlandse Juristen Vereniging).
Gabriëlle Rothuizen is a corporate lawyer at RPS Legal. She holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law from Leiden University and began her professional career in Greece, where she worked for a non-governmental organization dedicated to combating human trafficking.
Upon returning to the Netherlands, Gabriëlle served as Operations Manager for an internationally active foundation. She further enhanced her legal and professional expertise through specialized courses at Case Western Reserve University and Michigan State University.
Before joining the RPS Legal team, Gabriëlle gained valuable experience working with several law firms, developing a strong foundation in corporate and commercial legal matters.
